Here are a collection of the questions we're asked the most about our app.
When can I use the app?
You can use the app to view entries into BowlTrack enabled tournaments which you created for your selected email address.
How do I change my email address in the app?
When you open the app you will see an icon that looks like this:
Click this and you will be able to change your linked email address.
I can't verify my email address?
If you haven't received your verification email, make sure you check your spam box to check it hasn't accidentally gone into there. If you have changed your email address and do not have access to the old one, please contact us, we will then verify you and change your entries to reflect your new email address.
Can I edit my entries?
Currently the app allows you to view your entries and access your entry information. We will be introducing new features into the app soon which will include the ability to create and edit entries. Watch this space.
How do I access QR check-in?
If you have entered a tournament that has QR check-in available, when you access one of your entries you will see an icon that looks like this:
and this will bring up your check in QR code. Present this QR code to a tournament representative and this will speed you through the check-in process when you arrive at your tournament.
